We offer a 30-day return policy from the date you receive your item. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service
  • We are not responsible for items lost in return transit
  • If the return is due to our error, we will cover return shipping costs

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund
  • If approved, refunds are processed within 10 business days
  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method
  • Bank processing may take additional 5-10 business days

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned for health and safety reasons:

  • Products past their expiration date
  • Custom or personalized items
  • Gift cards
  • Sale items (unless defective)

Damaged or Defective Items

European Union Customers

EU customers have a 14-day cooling-off period to cancel or return orders for any reason without justification, in accordance with EU consumer protection laws.
