We're a family bakery before we're anything else. Every square is made in our little factory in Salisbury, from family recipes.

We started out as a bakery. For the last 10 years we've specialised in protein, energy and healthy bars, and today we make over 5 million of them a year in Salisbury.

Creatine is one of the most researched supplements going, but tubs, scoops and shakers aren't for everyone. So we did what we know inside out: we made it into a bar. 3g of creatine and 10g of protein in a crispy square that's affordable, approachable and tastes like a treat.

    WEIGH IT

    Creatine goes into the mix by weight, so every square carries exactly 3g.

    Our crispy base, the creatine and the protein go in together, made to family recipes.

    SET IT

    Pressed and cut into squares, then finished with each flavour's coating and toppings.

    WRAP IT

    Wrapped on site in Salisbury and sent straight out to you.
